My Fitbit Sense just completely died. I have tried all the tips I can find, but still no luck. It's approx. 3 years. I that really how long they can be expected to last?

Make sure it’s not the charging cable. 2 pins tend to collapse and you won’t get a good connection or charge.

Hi @Anita_S - as @John1D has suggested, unless your watch has a fault, from possibly getting wet, it may only need charging properly.
This failure to charge can often be due to a faulty charge cable so requires a careful inspection of the pins on the cable are all the same height and also the contacts on the back of the watch.
See the various aspects here How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thanks, @John1D, @Guy_and @ManuFitbit
It wasn’t the charger, and support also suggested other tips to try, but nothing helped. RIP, Fitbit Sense. I have bought a new one, and can’t wait for it to arrive.
