My Fitbit sense watch is not charging and don't get turned on.

Hi @Jyot649 - there are two important aspects to charging, the 4 charge holes on the back on watch must be absolutely clean and the charge cable must working properly, often it is or becomes faulty.

Hi, @Jyot649 welcome to the community.  If the battery is discharged note Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  and examine the charging cable to make sure the little spring-loaded pins are in good order and free. Clean the back of your "Sense", I use rubbing alcohol and cotton wool with a cotton bud to detail the 4 pits that receive the pins. If you do not have rubbing alcohol wash with warm soapy water, rinse and dry.

Try a reset again, in particular, hold the side button for 20 seconds until the logo appears and release. The "Sense" should restart in about 35 seconds.

If none of this works or you have a malfunctioning charge cable talk to "Customer Support" and use the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response.

my watch is not working form last 9 months. I have tried many times to
contact fitbit company. please help

My fitbit is not charging from october month.. i have followed all the
instruction but not charging.. please help
i have send mail earlier also but unable to get help from your side
