My Fitbit will not sync

I have followed all the instructions but my fitbit sence will not sync to my iphone or Mac

 

It was all ok for about 1 mth then completely stopped

Hi, try rebooting by holding the button for 10secs until logo appears.

Same here. Worked fine for a month and then just stopped syncing about 5 days ago. I’ve tried everything.

I have also tried everything.  Mine stopped syncing a few days ago.  The time is wrong on it and everything.

I went through support and they had me update my iOS to the latest version on my phone, and then shut down the device using the settings on the Sense, forget the device from my phone, and then reset it up. It finally worked going through all of that.

After all that, is it synching daily? The last time I did support for this issue, it fixed it once, and then went right back to not doing it again.

Seems like a lot of work for a basic function. Starting to think this is a bad buy.

Same here. 🙄 Also reached out to the helpdesk but none of their feedback worked. They proposed to send in the device and to replace it with a new one, but glad I didn't as I don't seem to be the only one with this issue. Gut feeling tells me it's a software issue since the last iOS update. Really hope they will launch a new update of either the fitbit app or sense app soon! 🤞

Mine is still working today, so that’s a good sign. I’m not sure if you used chat, or the phone option for service, but I started with chat and then went to the phone and the phone call was much more helpful.
