Hi @Pratty what type of exercise?
How long was the exercise performed? Any breaks? What is your minimum setting for? The default is 15 minutes.

I have experienced the same thing as @Pratty. My sense stopped auto recognising a few weeks ago.
It's for a crossfit class mainly - 1hr session, some short breaks, high(ish) heart rate throughout, min set to 10mins.
As @Pratty said - it just stopped. I've tried adjusting just about everything (I think) and nothing seems to make to operate like it once did.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Mike

There is only one setting that may affect this.
Open the fitbit app
Tap on the exercise tile
Tap the setting gear in the top right.
Set the minimum time needed for the desired exercise.
Disable any exercises that you will not be doing.
