Hi @Lukas92 - it's quite possible it has changed modes due to water acting on the screen.
Press the button or double tap the screen to wake it, (if it got into swim mode double press the button) .
Swiping the face to the right gets to Quick Settings and there enable the screen wake, you can disable the others, Always On, Sleep and Do not disturb if enabled.
If you don't manage that you can enable Quick View in the Fitbit App and sync the watch. (Click profile photo, device photo to see that option).

Hi, thanks for the advice I tried, but unfortunately it didn't work.Is it possible that my touch broke when it was on? because to turn them on by double tapping it works but after they are turned on they don't react to my finger in any direction and I don't know what to do.

@Lukas92 - just in case try a restart How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't work probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you do a factory reset.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.
