My Sense battery is draining quickly

im just about to send for my 3fd pebble in 18 months .1 rep even sent m an email saying there's nothing we can do even though iv 6 months warranty left..even the straps are loose.all in all 300 pound down the grid

that's just it my friend they sent me another failed pebble which is in the drawer and now I can't get hold of them all im getting isq unexpected errof all the time
