Sense ECG did not work in India

Plz help why the ECG app did not show in India? How to Overcome the problem

The ECG app is currently supported in India. You can find here the list of regions where ECG app is supported.

If the ECG app is not installed in your Fitbit Sense, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I install the Fitbit ECG app?" and follow the instructions. Then, take a reading by following the instructions in the same article above in the menu "How do I use the Fitbit ECG app?".

If you continue having difficulties please restart your Watch by following these steps.

Is the ECG app available on FitBit Charge5 ? I read in newspaper that it is but the link you have shared just says that ECG is supported on Sense for India.
