My Sense can't save more than 1 clock face

Instructions say I can save up to 5 clock faces.  When I go do save a clock face it just over rights the last one I selected, instead of saving it in another default space.  Is this a software "feature" that needs to be fixed?

Your Fitbit Sense should let you save up to 5 clock faces to switch between them. If you have 5 saved clock faces, please remove a saved clock face before switching to the new one. If you have done it without success, please restart your Sense by following these steps.

Then, please visit this article, open the menu "How do I change my clock face?" and follow the instructions to add a new clock face.
