My app is not working with my Fitbit. Not recording anything like my steps, sleep, or exercising for 2 days! Do I have to replace my Fitbit? Help!!

I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulties to sync your Fitbit Sense.
In order to resolve syncing issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

I have done everything; hard reset of sense, deleted app, asked iphone to forget device, reloaded and set up device getting an error message and option to abort. Completely frustrated. Watch losing time not recording. It is 15 months old.

I had the same problem this morning. I tried everything but my watch can’t sync with my iPhone. Yesterday everything was fine. I restarted my phone, also my watch and finally I deleted the app.
