My Sense stopped working

I purchased my sense in Nov 2022 from Fitbit website. It stops working since last month. I tied restarted it, hold for 10 sec and release when fitbit logo shows up.  But once the logo shows up, it shut down again. I tried many times, i ensure it is charged. 

 

I also looked for the website on how to return it. The instruction is minimal and keep the webpages referencing each other without a straight forward solution. Not a customer central mindset at all!!!

 

Very frustrated...

Hi @Karen_Chen - as your watch is under warranty it can be replaced.

Can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

If your Sense display is unresponsive, try restarting it by doing the following: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

@willjoe- the user already said they had done the watch restart and your suggestion didn't help
