My Sense will not charge and dies quickly

I've been gifted my Sense around November of 2020 and had great battery life up until about 3 months ago. I do not have automatic syncing on anymore (so I can save battery life), I keep my display off majority of the day, and I really only intentionally use my sense for about 1.5 hours/day for my workouts. My sense now dies within 24 hours and takes about 2-3 days to charge, and it never hits 100%. I have cleaned the fitbit and charger it came with, I changed the outlet that I use, and I tried plugging the charger into numerous ports - nothing is working. Please Help!

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
