I had to change my Sense out for another one as the screen fell out

 

It is recording my activity & sending to fitness pal, it is working out sleep etc and will find my phone, but it won't alert/show texts on my watch or calls?

 

I have tried unpairing/repairing all the different settings like DND and Focus

 

No joy

 

Anyone have any suggestions please

Cancel that I called myself and it rang, then i text myself and it worked, despite doing it for the last hour... nothing changed so it is very odd

Thank you very much for the detailed information and for the steps you've followed. I'm glad to hear that your Sense started receiving calls and text notifications.

If the inconvenience repeats, I'd also recommend taking into consideration the troubleshooting steps suggested in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
