Sense is just tracking steps

I have been a FITBIT customer since 2015.  I do believe during this time I have owned 4 different watches and 2 different scales.  I recently purchased a Sense.  Major disappointed.  The first three days I loved it and then...it quit tracking everything but steps.  Now I know the steps are important but I could have stayed with my previous Surge for that at least it kept up with my sleep and reminded me to move every hour.  I have tried shutting it down and restarting.  Anyone have any suggestion to help in my frustration? Thanks!
