Why wont my fitbit sense charge anymore

Welcome to the Fitbit community.

 

Have you tried cleaning the contact points on the Sense and cleaning and assessing the pins on the charging cable? A little alcohol wipe works well.

@EJ2pac  -  here are all the things to check How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

@EJ2pac Thanks for letting us know about your Sense, and the steps tried on your own. I'm sorry you're having this experience and just to confirm, may I know if you've tried the rest of the tips described in this help article? This is just to make sure the correct steps have been exhausted. I also noticed that you already have a case created with our Support team so please keep an open communication with them, as I'm sure they'll continue helping you with this matter.
