I’ve had 3 fit pits, ionic recalled, replaced with sense, it failed , got replacement sense, it just failed…in both cases completely dead, changed chargers, didn’t help…anyone else have these problems…hard to believe I’m alone in a100% failure rate…to make matters worse, I need it for an accident rehab…now no watch

Hi @0615  - did you clean the watch properly and check the charge cable often at fault, see guide How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

It may very well not be a watch problem unless it got wet.

Thanks, I did clean the watch back, and the charge cable..here’s what weird, I put it on charge when I received the notification, usually about 25% left, which could be another 1/2 day at least. I went back about 3 hrs later because I was going on a walk..and it was completely unresponsive..spent an hour on the phone with Fitbit, no green light, unloaded, reloaded software, etc…this was the same issue as sense #2, which I sent back for eval, and they sent me a new watch…so same problem. Note, was not wet.

@0615- unfortunately moisture can seep in and over time cause damage may be weeks later, quick battery drain is often a symptom but a faulty charge cable could cause overheating and kill it. Check the cable contacts very carefully.

Hi @hacksaw02  - if you followed things to check posted earlier and are sure it's none of those, try restarting it by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and logo appears.

If either happen check syncing in the Fitbit App, if it syncs and no display on the watch or if it doesn't sync, it is probably faulty and can be replaced where you bought it under warranty.
