I’ve had 3 fit pits, ionic recalled, replaced with sense, it failed , got replacement sense, it just failed…in both cases completely dead, changed chargers, didn’t help…anyone else have these problems…hard to believe I’m alone in a100% failure rate…to make matters worse, I need it for an accident rehab…now no watch

Hi @0615 - did you clean the watch properly and check the charge cable often at fault, see guide How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
It may very well not be a watch problem unless it got wet.

Hi @hacksaw02 - if you followed things to check posted earlier and are sure it's none of those, try restarting it by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and logo appears.
If either happen check syncing in the Fitbit App, if it syncs and no display on the watch or if it doesn't sync, it is probably faulty and can be replaced where you bought it under warranty.
You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
