My experience with Sense and Customer Service

Have had the fitbit sense for over 2 years.  Was quite happy with the watch but a couple of days ago it wouldn't turn on and is dead.  Tried multiple charges, charging blocks/computers, cords, etc. Nothing.  Won't charge up. Cleaned all chargers and back of watch.  Still won't charge or turn on.  2 years and several hundred dollars.  Watch should last longer.  Purchased the apple watch ultra and after that I'll never go back to fitbit or google watches.  Out of warranty, and didn't last that long.  Not worth the money at all, so won't be upgrading to the sense 2, pixel watch, etc.  Just can't trust they will last and/or replace if not.

I will say i attempted numerous things to get it to work, all to no avail.
