My Fitbit sense started "fizzing" in the swimming pool and has stopped working.

I think it has taken on water as it won't charge.

It is only 9 months old but it was a warranty replacement.

I tried to contact Fitbit on 18th September via the chat facility but that wasn't working.

I tried again today and it says it is working on my case but I have heard nothing!

I tired the phone line but it just kept me on hold.
