My sense was delivered this morning, opened it up to use it and its pretty much un-usable. Charged it to full and followed the instructions displayed. Gets to the point where it needs to download and install an update, and that where it sits in a continuous loop. Wants me to update over WiFi, it fails, wants me to try bluetooth, it fails. My phone is connected to strong WiFi, also a strong 5G signal. It also shows connected to the Sense in bluetooth. Download progress never goes above 0%.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, restarted the Sense, cleared app cache, cleared app date. All several times.
Still nothing. Been at this since 6:30 this morning. Its 9:00 now. If no progress by my lunch time, I'm completing an Amazon return, dropping it off and ordering another brand.

Hi @MikeS1971 - the watch only supports 2.4ghz WiFi.
