Hello @Racheyroo72

I think your Fitbit Sense somehow got disconnected from your account. No worries, I’ll help you just set it up as a new device. You will not lose any data settings it up as new. Your data is held on the Fitbit Servers. You will however lose any data since your successful sync.

To set up your Fitbit Sense as a new device please follow these instructions carefully. Please don’t skip a step:

  1. Remove your Fitbit Sense from your Bluetooth List. (Tap unpair on your Android or tap the blue information icon then tap forget device if your on an iOS)  If your Fitbit Sense is not showing on your Bluetooth at all proceed to step 2 (Basically make sure no fitbits are connected)
  2. Turn off other nearby Bluetooth connections.
  3. Check if the Fitbit App is updated (very important) and your Android phone is up to date as well
  4. Log out of the Fitbit app and restart your phone.
  5. Restart your Fitbit Sense: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
  6. Log back into your Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up a Device.
  7. Select Fitbit Sense and follow the onscreen instructions. If your asked if you want to replace the Fitbit Sense say yes.

😃 I hope this provides you an answer to your syncing issue. -lease come back and let me know how it goes,

Troubleshooting steps
Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on. Turn your phone or tablet off and back on. Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app. If your Fitbit scale won't sync after you reinstall the app, log in to your Fitbit account on a different phone or tablet and try to sync.

Regards,

Will
