Need help with Sense with black screen

My sense screen turned black . I charged it for all day, and it is still black. Sense is conneced to my phone, and is tracking. I restarted many times and let it rest but no luck. The fit bit logo never come up.

My phone says the fitbit is fully charged, but screen is not working. I can feel the buzz when press the botton.

Hi, @Sunshine11771, allowing you followed the advice (squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds, release when you see the Fitbit logo & wait about 35 seconds) and either the logo did not appear or there was no restart then you should talk to "Customer Support" using the Chat facility or phone for a prompt response. Alternatively, you can contact them via the Fitbit app on your phone.
