I shut it down as I couldn’t get any info on watch. It says it sinc

Hi @ShirleyPace  - to restart put it on the charge cable and charge for at least 15 minutes, it should start by itself, if not push the button for 2 seconds.

Hi, @ShirleyPace welcome to the community, If you can sync your Fitbit app & "Sense" check the battery icon in the top right corner to see the State of Charge. If your "Sense" has a low/no SOC you need to recharge it Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?  provides advice and may help you to work out why your "Sense" is not getting charged. You may need to charge your "Sense" for at least 30 minutes before it shows signs of life, 60 minutes is not unheard of. If after 60 minutes a sync of your phone app (in the today screen slide your finger down from the top and release) should indicate the SOC. Still, stuck? squeeze the side button for about 20 seconds and release it when the Fitbit logo appears. The "Sense" should be back to normal after about 35 seconds.

You should also bear in mind there have been issues with "Sense" charging cables, use the search bar at the top of this screen to see the threads.
