I sent my Fitbit sense about 3-4 months ago was told I was going to get refund. Never received refund or other phone. Very dissatisfied

Have you contacted aFitbit Customer Service about this issue? https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US  You can call them direct (link provides the number)

I’d suggest contacting them Hopefully you will get this sorted out quickly
