New Fitbit Sense won’t charge

I’ve just opened the new Fitbit Sense and it won’t change. I’ve tried different USB ports and 1 worked earlier but now it won’t work. The magnets are connected correctly. The holes are aligned up. Any ideas?

Are you using your phones charging brick?

I tried the phone one and the computer and the socket socket with a usb point. None worked. So I’ve shipped it back today as it appears faulty.

Just got my Sense and I'm having the same problem. Tried multiple bricks and multiple USB ports. If I enthusiastically squeeze the watch and charger together it'll start charging, but it stops once I ease off even a little bit. Try that and see if it does anything?

same problem, cant charge out of the box. guess its a faulty batch.
