New Sense is unresponsive

Mu sense watch doesnt work at all just got it out of the box it doesnt connect to my phone and you cant restart it because the side button isnt responding just buy a apple watch it doesnt do bs like this

I'm sorry to read this is happening to you, I'll be glad to assist you with this matter. 

There are several reasons that might be causing this issue, please make sure to follow the next instructions:  

  • Confirm that you removed the plastic protective cover from the back of the device.
  • Remove other devices plugged into your power source, or plug your device into another source.
  • Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices. Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Leave your device plugged in to the charging cable for at least 30 minutes.
