New Sense user. Problems with Agenda setup on Android 12 on a Pixel 6 Pro

I have searched this forum for two days looking for a solution to this problem.  When I launch the Agenda app it won't show me my entries from my calendar.  It says there are none when in fact there are.  I have tried everything to get this to work. When I setup Agenda it never displays any calendars to select.  I use a calendar app named CalenGoo.  I also have access to Google Calendar.  Neither of them are displayed as choices.  I have checked the permissions and that all looks good.  I would think if it were a permissions problem I would receive some kind of error but I'm not.  Agenda launches without any errors it just won't show my calendar entries even if there is one coming up the next day.  Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

Hi, @SunsetRunner In your Fitbit app on your phone's "Today" screen>touch your icon in the top left corner>"Sense" tile>Gallery>Sense> to see the clock face of your choice displayed>agenda>permissions>select all>return to your "Today" screen. Check your "Sense" now and you should have your calendar events displayed.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Thanks for your reply.  However, I had already done that.  I rechecked it after receiving your post and they were already selected.

Hi, @SunsetRunner From the Clock screen in your Fitbit app>touch your icon in the top left corner>Sense tile>notifications>Calendar events - make sure the slider in the top right is in the "on" position. I have (only) the Google calendar which appears there and works with these settings), return to the "Today" screen and sync. If the Google Calendar is not present check you are using the same Google accounts for your calendar and the phone where you have your Fitbit app.

Let us know if that works.

Cheers

I only have one Google account.  I have two calendar apps:  Google calendar and CalenGoo.  The latter is the one I use on a daily basis.  I have checked the permissions on both of them and they appear to be correct.

I think I'm going to return this crappy "watch" back to Amazon.  I bought it because I'd been waiting on the price to come down and so purchased it for $128 off.  It also has problems correctly detecting my sleep.  I have to say that if this item is considered "state of the art" it has a long way to go.  For what it's worth,  I was a professional software developer for 30+ years before retiring in 2015 so I'm not totally clueless about such matters.

Thanks for trying to help.
