New Sense watch doesn't record SpO2, sleep or temp

I just received my new sense watch yesterday. I am not one to buy the latest model of anything, so this is a departure for me. I decided to go with the latest, greatest because it appeared it would provide health metrics which I would like to monitor.

I am ready to send the watch back. It did not begin recording my sleep patterns until 530 this morning. I went to bed at 10pm. It also did not record any temp data or SpO2. These are the specific reasons I bought this model, otherwise I would have continued to use my old fitbit.

Anyone else having these problems, and if so, have you determined how to resolved the issues? I have read a lot that seems to indicate that fitbit oversold the capabilities of this watch, and we all were just suckers.

FYI...I installed an SpO2 watch-face.  I slept with the watch on my wrist. I checked off the pre-bedrime checklist and indicated I was in bed. any help is appreciated.

Hi. These things take 3-5 days to appear. The watch needs to baseline you first.

You don't need to use the clunky SpO2 clock faces either. Just install the free SpO2 Tracker app from fitbit.

Also, recommend the free clock face: "Overview" from Chris Blyth. Its awesome.

Have fun with your Sense. Just need to be patient for a few days. Its confusing that FitBit doesn't make this more clear to new users.
