I received a sense for Christmas and it will not sync to my Google pixel. I have restarted the watch, turned blue tooth on and off, removed the app from my phone, clear my phone's cache, rebooted my phone but it still won't sync nor will it connect to WiFi.
Any ideas how to resolve this?

I'm ready to package our new ones up and send them back. We've been working for hours on ours and nothing.

Just to be sure did you remove any previous Fitbit device from the Fitbit App and run the "+ Set up a Device". See How do I set up my Fitbit device?

I also just got a new Sense for Christmas and had issues setting it up with my Pixel 6 Pro. To be honest it feels like a compatibility issue with Android 12 most likely. It would detect my Sense and try to connect. I would see the pairing numbers on the Sense but the phones Fitbit app would just say "connecting" and go no further. I did end up rebooting my phone and giving it extra time to connect which did eventually work. It did take some fiddling to get working through. I'd imagine this would get fixed with a software update to the Fitbit application on Android.
What was crazy was 2 other Android phones in the vicinity that were picking up the Sense and asking to have it setup. That could have been contributing to the issues maybe? None of them had Fitbit software installed so that was uber strange.
Merry Christmas and good luck!!

Hi @Lichtywara - thanks for the post.
The restarting of the phone helps and not having any other Bluetooth devices on also.
One watch and one phone only gives the best chance of setup succes.

Mine only picked up my 2.4 wifi and not my 5g. Many of these kinds of devices (like smart plugs) only work on 2.4.

It's a money grab. They bought Fitbit because they're about to drop the pixel watch. Just wait and see. All of your Fitbit devices are going to work on older phones, but not the newer ones. You're going to have to get a pixel watch for that.

Same deal here. Sense would sync no problem with my Samsung phone. Google seems to have targeted Fitbit to cause issues it seems immune to recognize.
After doing the delete reload dance over and over in various combinations I have recognized the easiest and fastest work around, I reboot my @#$& pixel phone. When it stops syncing I reboot again.
Google you should be ashamed. I know you are all about the ka-ching of the money rolling in but this is just sad.
