I have had my sense for 2 weeks, it is now not syncing and alexa keeps dropping off.

i have rebooted both my apple phone and fitbit. I have updated my iphone to latest download, but still nothing. HELP

Welcome to the community!

 

Any chance you have another device that runs the Fitbit App?  Like a computer, another phone, or a tablet?  If so that may interfere with your ability to sync.

 

If so, turn that device off.  Restart your phone and Fitbit and try again.
