I'm Just getting 0% on SpO2 face and i;ve been wearing the watch for 5 days

Do you wear it to bed?  That's when it does it calculations and works out your SpO2.  You'll need the specific SpO2 watch face enabled too.  In the morning, once you're out of bed, it can take around 30 minutes to display the results.  Not the best implementation in my opinion.

The watch face you need active overnight is "SpO2 Signature".  Re-reading your post it would appear you have this selected anyway.
