No ECG app on Fitbit Gallery

My Fitbit Sense has no ECG app on the Fitbit gallery. My firmware is updated and I am in Canada. How can I make the ECG feature work?

Hi @jhunv - this is strange as Canada has it approved.

In the Fitbit App,

• click profile photo
• Sense photo
• Gallery tile
• Click the search loop [top right]
• enter ECG in the search field
• and search

It should find it and you should be able to install it.

Thanks. I already solved it. I had to change my location on my fitbit acct to "Canada" since I initially set it to "Philippines", my home country. Back home, I used to have a Charge 2 and recently upgraded to Sense. Thank you. I was trying to figure out how to delete this thread but I just can't.

@jhunv   Only a moderator can delete or remove a post.  You solved your issue by correcting your location to a supported county.  This might help another user.
