No calls coming through on sense

Sleep sync, it appears I do snore,  text's, emails, gym, walks etc ok  - no calls - can't get mastercard and visa accepted ? I'm in the Uk - the latter 2 the reason for getting it, confuseddotcom

Hi @TessBear52 I assume your other notifications are coming through. 

You say that you can't take, do you receive notifications of the call? 

If so, you have to setup Sence Controls, or figure out why they don't connect.

Hi @TessBear52 - I found a sure way to get calls working.

In the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo

In Bluetooth configure Sense controls on

In the app click On-wrist calls, click done.

Permitted banks are published - see Banks & Transit Supporting Fitbit Pay™

Yes @Guy_ without Sense controls the user will only receive notification of the call.
