Just got a new sense. Apps updated on both laptop and mobile. It will not allow me download a clockface. Seriously considering returning and getting my money back. Nothing should take all evening to setup and I work with computers.

I finally have mine working! I have used my old phone, and done the update over bluetooth. It didn't seem to like my current phone. It has taken nearly 6 hours! The bar on the phone matches about 1/2 the circle on the sense while downloading and then it installs quite quickly. Had to keep the phone on charge too, but at least it's now working. Now to see if it syncs okay with my current phone. Good luck.
