went onto the chat and was advised i woudl get an email 6 weeks on no reply nothing back from the one line
poor customer service and still no working fitbit sense

Hi @Carolyn28 what's going on with your Sense? If I'm reading correctly, you've waited six weeks for an email? What was that email for?

I used the on line chat ,the person on th chat session checked that I had followed the cleaning process he advised me I would get an email from fitbit advising me what to do next. I was on line in the chat earlier today for over an hour and nothing ver poor custermer service, my Fitbit sense was less than 6 months old it has stopped working and I have not been able to use it

@Carolyn28 since you were told that support would email you, they will. Did you check your spam folder in case an email went there?
