No new ecg assessments

I am using the ecg app. It worked fine till I don't get my hr assessments.

It stopped 10 days ago to enter any new assessments.

hi, @ZiniaZ welcome. Please try the following, go to the Fitbit app in your app tray>storage>clear cache>Force stop>return to the today screen & sync. Do not delete the app & reload. Now create a new ECG on your "Sense" and follow the usual procedure What is the Fitbit ECG app?  provides operating details for ready reference.
