No response form sense

I received my fitbit Friday and it worked for 2 days. This morning I woke up and the sense didn't do anything at all(not even the screen), no response from the button or when it is supposed to change. 

The help service told me I needed to clean the sense and the charger but it didn't help... And hold the button for 10 seconds but that also didn't help .

 

Do one of you may have a idea?

That is, something up with it not charging. My only response, and I'm guessing you've done this, is to try a different outlet and/or a different adapter to plug into USB.

It's possible the Sense ran out of batttery and has died.  When you connect it to the charger, does it show as charging at all? I'm assuming when you "press" the button on the Sense, you get no vibration from the watch?

It has been on the charger for more than 2 hours. But nothing happened, no vibration and nothing on the screen.

Yes, I have tried that to 😅

I'm hoping that fitbit can do anything about it in the next few days, otherwise I will send it back to them.

I really hope they fix it!  I'm kind of in the same boat: waiting for support.  Except my Sense just reboots constantly.  I haven't even had a chance to use mine yet!
