I got a new phone, a Google Pixel 6A, and now I don't recieve call and text notifications on my Sense. Everything seems to be synced and connected, notifications on, they just don't appear on my phone. Also, I traveled to a different time zone, and that is not updating either on my watch, even though the time updated on my phone. All these things worked fine on my Sense before I got a new phone.

Hi @Rainstorm90 - this is quite a common issue with new phones if the watch is trying to talk to the old phone. Remove the Bluetooth Sense entries from the old phone and turn it off
Logout of the Fitbit App on the new phone and restart the phone and watch, login again and sync. If this doesn't resolve the issue post back.

Ok, I no longer have the old phone, but I did log out of the app and restart my phone and watch and log back in.
Text and call notifications are now working!
But the time has still not changed to reflect the phone time.

@Rainstorm90 - that's good, you may need to turn off automatic time zone and location and enter the time zone manually in the Fitbit app, app settings and sync a few times, or even restart the watch again and sync to get the time correct.

I turned off automatic time zone and switched between Pacific and Mountain a few times, and synced, and it finally updated, so I switched it back to automatic. We'll see if it stays updated, and if it updates on its own when I change time zones again. If it doesn't, it's not a big deal to manually change the time zone. I don't change time zones very often. Thank you!
