Hi,
I am unable to get WhatsApp notifications on my new Sense. I have made sure all notifications etc are on but despite many messages coming through, and following all the guidance, it still doesn’t appear in my notifications list within Fitbit, any ideas?

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on your profile picture.
2. Tap on Sense > Notifications > App Notifications.
3. Confirm that WhatsApp is selected.

Hi,
yes WhatsApp is selected in the notifications section but still not getting any notifications. I am also not getting any text message notifications (it is selected within notifications). I have reset the watch and the phone but still not coming through.

Same problem here. No notifications whatsoever. I was getting notifications on my Blaze, and on a Versa Lite that I just transitioned from.

This is on iPhone.
one in the Fitbit app
go top left settings, into sense and down to notifications, from there go to app notifications
once this is done go to Bluetooth in the main iPhone settings, locate sense in the list and the little i
check that "share system notifications" is on

unfortunately, as stated in my previous posts, I gave done this and it is still not working, I have also reset the phone and Fitbit but to no avail.

Same here sense with iPhone I’m not getting any notifications: texts, calls nothing. Very annoying. Share system notifications is on under Bluetooth and in the fitbit app.

I go to Sense > Notifications > but I do not have App Notifications.
When I go to Notifications, I get Enable Notification Service and my choices are: Android, google play, fitbit, google, google vr, android system intelligence and pixel launcher

Hi, can U give me advice as I have the almost same probleme but the whatsapp notifications doesn’t show up in the fitbit sense app….
but messenger and Instagram do!

I was facing this issue untill i fixed it by enabling the notifications settings for the Instagram app.
