Not receiving Health/heart-rate alerts on Sense.

Hi there,

I recently purchased a sense after having an inspire. I noticed on my sense that I am not receiving alerts when I am in my heart rate zones, or when I complete my heart rate zone goal. I also don’t get alerts for anything else from the Fitbit app. I get notifications from things to do with my phone such as text messages and emails. But I am not getting alerts from the Fitbit side of things if that makes sense. All of my notifications and alerts are turned on. Can someone help me resolve this? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Sense. Thank you for the information provided.

In this case, please visit this article, open the menu "Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?" and follow the instructions.

I noticed that you made a suggestion to bring back Health and wellness reminders. If there is any update, it should be communicated as soon as possible.
