Hi, @Chip1971, welcome to the community. It sounds to me that you are having trouble syncing your "Sense" to the Fitbit app on your phone, please forgive me if I have misunderstood.

May I suggest you review these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? If you are still stuck please post here again.
