Not syncing issues

A bit frustrated with my Sense!

I bought it in September and it has been having syncing issues ever since but it has gotten worse in the last 2 months.

I have tried everything on the manual and the instructions provided (restart, turn Bluetooth on/off, update apps, etc.) and it doesn't work properly.  I am finding myself having to this whole process a few times a day.

The app is always running in the background.

I stop receive phone notifications suddenly during the day.

The whole point of switching from my old awesome Charge 3 was to get a watch that worked!

Now also getting the "charging" issues. "Slow charging, try another plug, etc.) eventually charges but this shouldn't be the normal with a brand new device.

What else can be done?

I already got a ticket with support for the battery thing however the syncing issues are extremely frustrating!

Hi @JAQD Syncing issues are the pits! What phone are you using?

Hi! I have a Samsung Galaxy S10.

Honestly, it has been a nightmare. I am so regretting this purchase!

It is too bad, I love the watch and the tracking but OMG, the syncing is horrible.
