Mr newly bought sense does not has whatsapp, SMS notification back when Bluetooth is reconnect. I tried to turn Bluetooth on and off, reboot my android phone but it didn't work. The only way to have the notification back is to uninstall and reinstall the fitbit app and do the pairing again. Any good way to resolve the problem instead?

As recommended above, please make sure that your Huawei P20 Pro meets the requirements listed here. Also, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?
If by any chance you're getting an error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working, please let me know what the message says so I can go from there.

I allowed Fitbit to run on background and disabled the battery saver mode on Fitbit. Seems work well since then.
