I have tried all the advice on prior article: restart, forget Fitbit and reinstall, checked my notifications settings, etc. still not getting notifications (texts, calls, movement reminders). Any other ideas?

Hi, just on the off chance did you try a swipe to the right on your watch and make sure the moon [sleep] icon, and the no entry [do not disturb] icon are not enabled.

Hi there, @LoopJoz. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out.
As @Guy_ has mentioned, I'd recommend making sure that your Sense is not on sleep or DND mode. When the sleep or DND mode setting is on, notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on. The screen's brightness is set to dim. Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker’s screen to turn on.
To verify this: Swipe right from the clock face on your watch to access the quick settings. Tap Sleep or DND to turn it on or off. When you turn off the setting, the icon appears dim with a line through it. If that doesn't work, please confirm that you've followed all the steps below:
1. On your phone, tap Settings →Bluetooth → the information icon → next to the name of your Fitbit device → Forget This Device (let's try this step one more time).
2. Turn off Bluetooth
3. Restart Sense. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?
4. Turn on Bluetooth
5. Open the Fitbit app and set up your tracker as new device to refresh the connection:
6. Once this process is completed, set up the notifications again. See Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones

I am having all the same issues and have for a while. I have tried all the suggested fixes but now, as an added bonus, my sense keeps dropping the Bluetooth pairing. This has been happening for almost a week after using the device for almost a year. I’m forgetting and restarting Bluetooth several times a day. I have checked for updates and there is nothing. I have an iPhone 11 so it is compatible

Boh 🤷:male_sign:

I am very disappointed in the Sense. I have had the watch for approximately a month and I have been unable to stay connected to Bluetooth since day one.
Now I have done all the recommended fixes, such as, forget device and set up a new device. To no avail it still wont connect.
I can not understand Fitbit can not fix a Bluetooth connectivity issue when almost every electronic made is able to connect via Bluetooth. Seems as though it should be a fairly easy fix.
As stated before I am very disappointed in the watch and severely regret ever purchasing it.

This happens to on my Sense once in a while, what helps is restarting the phone. Whenever that is done, notifications on the Sense starts to work again...
