Text messages are not coming through on my fitbit. (New phone...) I have checked all settings and rebooted both my phone and my fitbit with no success...

Hi @Kbsmith_23 - this is most likely related to the new phone and additionally possibly settings are not yet correct.
Firstly swipe the watch face to the right and make sure neither Sleep nor do not disturb are enabled.
In the Fitbit App make sure the settings are correct for device Notifications and App notifications.
You will most likely have installed the new V4 Fitbit App on the new phone which has numerous issues, one of which is poor syncing.
Try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on (especially old phone) or other watches.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
Depending on the phone models if you had the previous stable V3 version on your old phone you may be able to transfer it to the new phone, this might help.
