Notifications aren’t working on Sense

iPhone System notifications have never worked and still don’t work after buying a brand new tracker.

The relax feature on the tracker does not log into the mindfulness tile, making that feature virtually useless.

Hi @Keag_o - the problem with notifications is generally caused by an incorrect phone setting, especially on iPhone. Check you have Show Previews set to always.

Also swipe the watch face to the right to make sure that Don not disturb and Sleep are not enabled.

Any notifications that appear on the phone status bar should appear on the watch, if the Fitbit App is running in background so check the battery saving on the phone settings to make sure it is not being shutdown.
