Notifications disappeared from Sense

When I get message on screen I press notifications and it dissappears why???

Let me explain that when you get a text or app notification on your Sense, you'll have the "Open" option to open your notification on your phone. For this reason, it's expected to have your notification removed from your watch since you'll see it on your phone.

When my sense receives a message I press on the screen then I get two
options open or mark as read I press open everything dissappears and then
have to use phone to retrieve it......is my Samsung S20 compatible?

About your other question, it seems the Fitbit app hasn't been optimized to work on your Samsung S20 phone. Our team continues working to add as many devices as they can and while we cannot guarantee that your watch will work flawless, it might keep doing so as long as your phone meets the minimum requirements.
