Notifications for WhatsApp and others

Ever since the update some of my apps are missing in Fitbit to setup notifications… WhatsApp is one of them. Does anyone know how to get all phone apps to sync to the fitbit app so that I can set up notifications? My list of apps for notifications is 12 apps long… before the update it was like 100!!!

Hi @Janellephant12 - on an iPhone you will need to have an outstanding notification before you see the app in the App notifications list.

@Guy_ @Thank you! I spent so much time in a live chat and on the phone with Fitbit yesterday… the result was “after the new firmware update we don’t support those apps.” Finally someone who knows what they are talking about! I really appreciate your help!
