Sense won't charge

Hello.  I’ve had this Sense since the exchange of the Iconic.   I’ve always had trouble charging it.   I’ve whipped both the back of the watch and the charging plate with alcohol wipes.  I’ve replaced the charging plate (charger) 5 times since I’ve had this watch.   Now it won’t charge at all.  I’ve rebooted it several times.  I have 0 battery life.   Iv’e replaced the cord again and still nothing.
please I need help.  I miss my Fitbit

I've been facing this issue since June. And I emailed Fitbit literally 20 minutes back and they say there's no email support and that I'll have to look at responses from the community or their help page. It's not charging since June despite replacing charging cable.

Hi all, be absolutely sure that there isn't a power source or charge cable issue and the watch has been properly cleaned as explained here

How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If the watch gets hot when charging it is faulty, so stop immediately.

While on charge try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and hopefully the logo appears.

If after a few minutes of being on charge you get a blank screen when pressing the button for a few seconds [after removing it from charging] and then when left a day it produces a 0% again then the watch has partially charged but is faulty following a failed factory reset or more likely getting moisture in it. The latter you may possibly be able to see as condensation in the sensor windows on the back using a magnifying glass.

Thank you for all this information. I’ve done everything recommended and still nothing. My watch doesn’t go into water even though it says it can. I take it off for a shower and I take it off when swimming. If it gets splashed I remove it and wipe it down. So water isn’t the issue. Like I’ve said I’ve purchased several cables. They work once maybe twice then quit. These are Fitbit cables.
I love this watch but can’t afford to keep purchasing cables for it. I hang the cable up after charging so nothing rests against it. This whole experience has been very frustrating.
