Notifications not showing on my Sense

Hi. I have a Fitbit Sense. The notifications have not been popping up on my watch for a few days. It’s not working on my friend’s Versa 2 either. I have an iPhone m, she has a Samsung.

Hi @jokerz - did you try swiping the watch face to the right to get to Quick Settings and check that neither Sleep nor Do not disturb are enabled?

Also if the watch has stopped syncing or is too far away you won't get any notifications.

Try pressing and holding the side button for about 7 seconds. This will reboot the watch. If it’s like my watch, I have to reboot 3 times every couple of days. You might want to close the app and also reboot your phone.

Funny that you ask :). It turns out that the Do Not Disturb was enabled. I work with little kids who sometimes play with the screen. I didn’t realize it was turned on.

My coworker was having the same issue so I didn’t think it was the watch. Her solution was not the same as mine. It just ended up being a coincidence.
