Hi,
Few days ago notifications stopped coming to the device. I restarted phone and device. Any suggestions how to fix it?
It's funny because every week i have new problems with the device - thank you very much Fitbit for that course now I am never bored. My last problems cover slow charging issue and fast battery drain. I would never buy another Fitbit product again.

Is your do not disturb enabled?
Swipe right on the watch, Is the circle with the horizontal line highlighted? If so tap it to disable.
No notifications will come through if enabled. Other than that check all the permissions and settings related to notifications on the app and phone.
Tidy up you app. I got rid of programs/features by disabling ones I do not use. They run in the background gathering data for the reports which consume the batttery
I got rid of:
-snore report
-readiness report
-mindfulness
-Certain reminders that pop up (drink water, steps til 250 etc)

Thanks. Don't disturb is not enabled. All notifications in the application were and are still turned on.

In the section for Notification in the app (that i reinstalled today) I have an information that notifications don't work and I need to restart my phone. After restart still notifications don't work.

I have the Problem too.
When I delate and download the fitbit App new. It works... For a while.
