Hi @royalle - the absence of a night and the strange result the next night seems the watch is having a problem. Try cleaning it and doing a restart and see if the results return to normal.
How do I clean my Fitbit device? I have found a lint free glasses cleaning cloth quite effective on the front and back.
How do I restart my Fitbit device?
Also check the HR and Sleep values for the last 2 nights and do an ECG test.

Hi there, I totally agree with you. This morning when I woke up, my calories burnt showing on my iphone was already over 3000+ calories, though my Sense watch only showed 300+. So I contacted the live Chat customer support (since now they do not accept email enquiries). The customer support at Live Chat, just cut and paste the long paragraph describing how the calories is calculated, but never explained to me why the figure of calories count is 3000 different from the the reading on watch Sense, and while the distance of walk and other numbers on Sense are consistently synced with those on phone. Then the lovely customer support just said thank you and hang up on me and told me there is nothing she/he can do for me, though the problem and conversation did not end at all, leaving me in shock. Ever since the update, the interphase on phone and the odd data have been such a frustrating experience, let along the customer services (which equals to non-existent). I am seriously thinking of converting to other sports watch after 8 years of being loyal to Fitbit..... Such a shame!
